Privacy Policy

We collect the minimum we need to run your AI visibility audit and services — and nothing we don't. Here's exactly what we hold, why, and the rights you have over it.

Last updated: August 2026

Overview

SignalUp ("we", "us") provides AI visibility services. This policy explains what data we collect when you request a report, view your workspace, or use our services, and how we handle it.

We practice data minimization: we only collect what we need to deliver your audit and services.

Information we collect

Audit requests: your company name, website domain, product description, and a contact email address.

Service delivery: deliverable status, report artifacts, and visibility metrics associated with your account.

Usage analytics: cookieless, aggregated events (such as page views and CTA clicks) that contain no personal identifiers.

How we use your information

To generate your AI visibility report and provision your private workspace.

To deliver, track, and report on the services you purchase.

To send transactional messages such as audit-ready notifications, receipts, and onboarding requests.

Payments

Payments are processed by PayPal, our payment processor. We do not store your card details. PayPal's handling of payment data is governed by its own privacy policy.

Data sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with the processors required to run the service (for example, cloud hosting, our payment processor, and our email provider), each under appropriate data-processing terms.

How long we keep it

We keep report inputs and delivery records for as long as your account is active, and for up to 24 months afterwards where we need them for billing, tax and legal obligations. You can ask us to delete them sooner.

Where your data is processed

SignalUp operates from 7 Dubnov St, Tel Aviv, Israel, and our hosting, payment and email providers process data in the United States and the European Union. Where data is transferred internationally, we rely on the transfer safeguards offered by those providers under their data-processing terms.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, deletion of, or a portable copy of your personal data, and you may object to or ask us to restrict certain processing. Contact privacy@signalup.co and we will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law.

If you are in the EEA or the UK, our legal basis for processing is performance of our contract with you (delivering the reports and services you request), and our legitimate interest in operating and securing the service. Where we rely on consent, you can withdraw it at any time.

If you believe we have handled your data improperly, you may lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
