Plain-English terms for a productized service: fixed-scope sprints, month-to-month retainers, and transparent billing through PayPal as our payment processor.
Last updated: August 2026
By requesting an audit or purchasing services from SignalUp, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are accepting on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to bind that company.
SignalUp sells a productized, fixed-scope digital service (the AEO Fix Pack sprint) and optional monthly retainers. Scope and deliverables are described on our pricing pages and in your private workspace.
Sprints are fixed-scope. Work outside the defined scope is not included unless agreed separately in writing.
One-time sprints are charged at purchase. Retainers are billed monthly in advance, renew automatically each billing cycle, and continue until cancelled.
PayPal acts as our payment processor and securely processes payments. SignalUp is the seller of record and is responsible for any applicable tax; receipts and invoices are issued by SignalUp.

Retainers may be cancelled at any time and take effect at the end of the current billing period.
The visibility guarantee applies to the full sprint engagement (Fix Pack). It does not apply to the self-serve one-time technical fix (Repair), which is sold without a guarantee.
If your measured AI visibility, as tracked across the engines covered in your report, has not increased at the day-60 measurement point, you may request a full refund of the sprint fee within 30 days of that measurement being delivered to you. Refunds are requested through our team and approved by a manager before being issued to your original payment method. See our Refund Policy for process details and timelines.
You agree to provide accurate information and not to use the services for unlawful purposes or to misrepresent ownership of a domain you do not control.
Services are provided on a commercially reasonable basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the three months preceding the claim. We do not guarantee specific rankings or revenue outcomes beyond the stated visibility guarantee.
Nothing in these terms limits any non-waivable statutory consumer rights, or the buyer protections provided by PayPal as our payment processor under its own buyer terms.
You may stop using the services at any time, and may cancel a retainer effective at the end of the current billing period. We may suspend or terminate access for non-payment, or for use that breaches the acceptable use section above.
On termination you keep the deliverables already provided to you. Fees already incurred remain payable, and any refund is governed by the Guarantee section and our Refund Policy.
